How to Love Criticism

Wow! Adam Grant deals with criticism in the workplace in this popular Ted Talk with hedge fund mogul Ray Dalio of Bridgewater Associates, where criticism is not just appreciated, but it is expected in every layer. While many might consider this type of living extreme, I believe we can all learn from their model to seek transparency in sharing ideas and keeping ourselves sharp among colleagues.
